Now that you’ve put together a report that not only has great content, but compells your reader to take action (if you don’t have that yet, learn how to monetize your reports), you’ve got to get your report out there and read.
Side Note: Before we get started, if you’re looking to build your list by giving away a free report (i.e. you give the report free with subscription), we’re going to have some list building tips in a few days. For now, let’s talk about giving away reports fully and freely.
Why People Don’t Click Your Bylines
Written by Alice Seba · Print This Article
Sometimes an assumption is a dangerous thing. That said, this post is going to include an assumption or two. Of course, I prefer to call it an educated guess and welcome your educated guess as well.
This all started with something Ezine Articles posted on Twitter earlier today:
I very much respect and appreciate the information provided in that statement. Selling Website Advertising: Just Add Traffic…No Marketing Savvy Required?
Written by Alice Seba · Print This Article
It’s an incredible opportunity. The Internet levels the playing field for all content publishers, no matter their budget. We can publish and sell ebooks and info-products…no need for a big-time publisher to take us under their wing. We don’t need to publish an expensive glossy magazine to get advertisers to pay good money for advertising within our content. It’s a pretty good gig, but it still takes good business skills and marketing know-how.
You may have heard that if you create a high traffic website, advertisers will be willing to pay good money to advertise on your site.
The truth is it can and it does happen.
You may have been given the impression that all you have to do is focus on building traffic and you’re set.

Article Writing Basics: Winning With Article Submissions
Written by Angela Wills · Print This Article
I’ve been doing a lot of playing around with article marketing lately with great results. Just to prove that I know what I’m talking about, here’s a screen shot of my current EzineArticles.com statistics:

As you can see I’ve submitted over 140 articles. Most of those have been within the last six months. I’ve found that the immediate result is a new flow of traffic to my website. But the long term results will also include more inbound links, business branding and potential opportunities (interviews, joint ventures, etc).
What I want to do today is give you some article writing basics on how I’ve worked my article writing and submissions so you can go and duplicate it with your own business. Read more…
