Written by Alexis Rodrigo · Print This Article
Last week, I gave you 10 ideas for spreading one single article all over the Internet without having to rewrite or spinning it.
If you take the extra time and effort to rewrite, you’ll get even more content out there to promote your business. It’s much easier to create new content when you already have something to work with – much easier than starting from scratch.
So before you work on an entirely new article, take an existing article and take it for a spin.

Transcripts Improve Your Blog
Written by Kathryn Lang · Print This Article
Using a transcript to expand your blog is always a good way to make the most of your material. Transcripts are simply the written record of a spoken conversation. You can have a transcript of an interview, a presentation or any other talk that you have the opportunity to give. Once you understand what a transcript is then you can see the benefits of using your transcript to draw more visitors to your blog.

A podcast is an audio file that can broadcast over the Internet. It can also be downloaded onto an iPod for later listening. Most websites create talk-back radio type shows that provide visitors with information around a particular niche.

Written by Kristy Pruitt · Print This Article

How Are You Making Your Mark in the Content Revolution?
Written by Annette Elton · Print This Article
I was recently flipping through the November issue of Oprah the other day and stopped on an article by Martha Beck titled “Half A Mind Is A Terrible Thing To Waste.” The article, a very interesting one, talks about how the majority of us don’t use the right hemisphere of our brain as much as our left hemisphere. The right hemisphere is our creative side and the left hemisphere is our logical and reasoning side. She provides exercises and a few interesting resources for exercising this creative side of our brain however one thing she said struck me she said much like the industrial revolution of the late 18th and 19th centuries, we’re in a Content Revolution.
Think about it, if you’re writing for the web, or print media, if you’re creating audios and videos, you’re a content creator – you’re participating in the content revolution. That thought is both empowering and slightly intimidating.
Empowering because it’s great to be part of a movement, to be sharing your story and making your mark on the world.
Intimidating because of the vast amount of competition out there, how do you make your mark? How do you get noticed? How do you affect the lives of others?
