You are such an inspiration in all you do and write. You are so right about giving ourselves permission to be ourselves. One of the things I've done if I feel like I don't have time to write but have a ideas coming to me is to just write a quick title with some bullet points so I don't forget and then I can go back and expand later. The problem is I have too many of those and haven't found the time to expand, so I think I'm going to challenge myself to start pulling all of those out and expanding on them :). I think it is a helpful idea to do this, but need to add the discipline to make the time to go back and expand on them. Thanks for the motivation!! Angela,
