Everybody says "Content is King", but what does that mean for you?

Diane says:
I really do love the tools you provide for managing content. I love the idea of spending a day or two to do nothing but that. I would love to download the summer content tools, but do not see a live link. Would love it if you could provide me with it. Thanks!
Alice Seba says:
That’s weird. Not sure where the link went, but it’s back! Sorry about that.
Diane says:
No problem. I actually found it through another email you sent, but glad to see it’s back on this page as I’m sure it will be useful to others.

Hi Alice – I have a question about a report given to me a while back. I’ve tried to locate on your site, but failed. I don’t really want to register with support just now.
The report was called: 15 Things you should know about your target market to immediately boost your sales’.
The content was fab, however it was written on the basis that you had some customers already. I’m just starting out, find this area challenging and wondered if you have some practical tips on defining your target market when you don’t have any customers yet.
Thank You
Caroline
Alice Seba says:
Hi Caroline, the report can be found here: http://contentrix.com/15-things/3650. Is that the one?
The report does have some tips for observing your market, if you don’t have customers of your own. Also, if you have visitors and any subscribers you can start interacting. The key is to start paying attention to what your market does and says online. With today’s social web, they are EVERYWHERE, so there is a TON of insight to be gathered just through social media, forums, blogs, etc.
